The first 5 images in this series were made using the chlorophyll in the leaves of invasive plant species in Vancouver as a light-sensitive surface to make solar prints of other leaves of local native species. The resulting leaf prints were then digitally photographed or scanned and printed on paper.

The last 2 images feature other mechanisms for capturing light-plant-photographic interaction, including a glass lens, and explosive pollen.
